Well, It's the New Year...Hmmm

Wellz everyone, it is in fact the new year. It is 2005, and man, I feel old. Well, I had to go to work yesterday, but the office was only open for half a day. Then my friends and I went to TGI Friday's for lunch, gotta love that Jack Daniels sauce, man those ribs are good. [That was for you partner!] Then, we went to play pool and video games for a while. When I got home, my cousin and I jammed for a while and then, she and I watched the Ring. That was scary - and Erika was terrified. I feel asleep before midnight though, whilst watching Freaky Friday [the ORIGINAL with Jodi Foster, not that Lindsay Lohan crap]. I'm sorry, I was tired, and it was 11:45 or so. Anyways, I haven't really done anything all day. I made Blueberry muffins for breakfast, and watched Stars Wars Episodes V & VI, You've Got Mail & now Erika and I are watching Runaway Bride. We played Lotteria for a while earlier, but now my dad and Jon and Joshua are playing Texas Hold 'Em. The Longhorns won the Rose Bowl today, and pretty much it's been a good day. Now if ONLY my Nerf Herder "American Cheese" CD would come in at the Barnes & Noble down the street already, life would be good.

HMM, ANOTHER YEAR

Day Off

Well, I started work the day after I got home, as most of you know. Unfortunately for me, that makes me very tired [although I make money, and money is good.] It's not so bad though. However, today is MY DAY OFF!!! Oh yah, my day off, YOU HEARD ME, my day off. Yesterday, Sunday night, my immediate familly and my mom's sister and her kids and her eldest's best friend went to my grandma's house and she and her husband and all of us had my grandmother's birthday party. She just turned 70. Now, being Irish and living in McAllen means that we had potato soup with Tres Leches cake for desert. Then Erika came home with us and spent the night. Today we slept late, and then Joshua, Erika & I went shopping ALL DAY [after eating at Fudruckers - or however you spell it]. It was INSAINITY. I did however, luck out and get two pairs of Tommy Hipster Jeans for a lean $75. That's a deal my friends, that's a deal.
