Ok, so I miss Saturday mornings. Who am I kidding, I miss vacation! I have watched so much TV and so many movies in the past few days it's not even funny.
Something's Gotta Give
The First Wives Club
Along Came Polly
Cheaper by the Dozen
Raising Helen
Van Helsing
Blade
Blade Trinity [don't ask me what happened to the second one, I'm not actually sure...]
The Matrix
The Matrix Reloded
Matrix Revolutions
National Treasure
The Wedding Singer
and so many more, not to mention countless episodes of Designing Women, 7th Heaven, and The Gilmore Girls.
A couple of days ago, we got an invitation to a baby shower for today @ 3:00. It's from a girl who got married in January from my Church here: she's 17 years old. Now, they're having a baby. I got into knit - a - thon mode and made a baby blanket in three days!! [I finished yesterday...] It's really cute, it's fluffy pink cloud yarn with little flowers for the pattern. I'm excited for the baby...I want to steal it [of course I'd dye it orange or something.]
Tired...yes...happy...you bet! Time for some more classic literature and then knitting!

The Facebook Has Spoken
Well, today I woke up at 11: 59, about 1 minute before I was supposed to call Tommy at work. So, being a reasonable human being, I petted my dog [asleep on his bed on my floor], and rolled over and went back to sleep. Like 7 minutes later, I quit being a jerk and went and got my phone. I called Tommy, and the Facebook saga began.
Tommy: "Are you in facebook?"
Lizz: "Yah, why?"
Tommy "Because I've been searching and searching and searching and I can't find you..."
Lizz: "Are you being stupid?"
Tommy: "No, I'm serious..."
Lizz: "Um..."
Tommy: "How do you spell your name again..."
Ok, so no matter how hard we tried [two interruptions and about 45 minutes later] we were STILL unable to locate each other on Facebook, goofy huh? We tried each others' friends, but for some reason our pictures and profiles wouldn't be there. It's odd. The cosmos have spoken, I should definatley learn to wake up on time.
Either that, or sleep much, much later.

Music
I'm sitting here, in the office of my little McAllen home listening to "I Am A Poor Wayfaring Stranger" by Zoe and thinking about life in general. I'm still quite exhausted from school and graduation. Today I did some work that needed to get done today - finish up school business. That took me untill about 3:00. I did 5 or 6 loads of laundry for my family today. Dad and Josh had all their dirty clothes from the trip, and Jon and I brought home laundry. Plus there was laundry here anyway of course. We had dinner eventually, and I did the dishes afterwards. Then I watched Van Helsing on STARZ and knitted. There's so much to think about.
Ok, so I've always wanted to have the kind of time to spend an hour or half-hour each day doing two or three self-enhancing activities. So, I've got to exercise for an hour every day, and read for an hour every day. But when shall I cross-stitch? When shall I knit? WHEN shall I do my Greek, my Hebrew? Oh the questions...
My graduation pictures look allright I have to say. So there you go...I'm just a poor wayfaring stranger...
So my Justice playlist is playing...but I'm not quite sure it's long enough. I'll work on it though.
Tonight - Benjamin's Gate
Speak For Me - Jaci Velasquez
I'm A Poor Wayfaring Stranger - Zoe
Light of the World - FFH
I need songs that are just right. There are so many, and yet somehow, not enough. When heavenly bodies sing, I wonder if justice runs through their words as a river???

Home
I graduated yesterday. I know - weird, isn't it? Now, I'm an "ALUMNUS". Hehehe [time to upgrade my facebook status.] I'm at home and I tried unpacking, but mostly I'm exhausted. My baby brothers and I are all about to seriously snag some Zzzzz. Joshua still has school for three more weeks, shame. I feel...odd.
